A) ShopWeShip.com is free to register! After you place a certain amount of orders, you will be automatically qualified for higher levels of membership. This gains you access to lower DIAFM, JSI, and shipping rates.

A) When you make a purchase from an online retailer, you request they send the shipment to your US shipping address given to you during your registration. You will need to make sure you give them your full name that was used when creating the account. Otherwise, there can be a delay in the processing of your shipment. You also may want to contact your credit card company so you can add this address as a viable "shipping" address. During the verification process, this will allow U.S. retailers to see your ShopWeShip.com personal US shipping address as a valid shipping address. Placing Orders.

Log in to your ShopWeShip.com account and visit the websites you want to shop from. When you have located the item you wish to purchase on the retailer’s site, simply copy the item’s link in the address bar and insert it in the DIAFM order form. Then, fill out the other details for the item. Once this is complete, click “Add To Cart” and add you next items.

A) The sign up process only takes a few moments. Only your name and email address are required. Once you complete the registration form for membership, you will be provided with your ShopWeShip.com shipping address immediately through email.

A) Once ShopWeShip.com receives your merchandise, it will be entered into your ‘my account’ within one business day of receipt.

A) Yes. ShopWeShip.com will take digital pictures or scans of any items you would like prior to shipping. There is an additional cost of 2.00 USD per image for this service.

A) We will hold items for up 2 weeks free of charge. After that, we charge 5 USD per week per box.

A) Each time you place an order through “Do It All For Me” or inform ShopWeShip.com of your incoming package through “Just Ship It”, you are given a ShopWeShip.com tracking number. Log in to your account to view where your merchandise is at each step of the way.

A) Inbound packages need to be insured by the shipper. Insurance is compulsory for all shipments. Rates are $2.00 per $100.00 of value. An international package valued at $100.00 would pay a rate of $2.00. If the package were valued at $100.01, this customer would pay $4.00 ($2.00 x 2), etc.

A) Typical transit is 7-10 business days after your payment is confirmed for international shipment. External factors may affect this time including weather and customs.

A) Yes, ShopWeShip.com charges either the actual weight of a shipment or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater. Packages have a maximum girth of 108’. The shipping fees for the majority of products are determined by actual weight.

A) No. It is against US regulations to inaccurately report the value of an exported item.

A) We enter the value listed on the packing slip when the shipment is delivered to ShopWeShip.com. If there is no packing slip in the box(s), then we will determine a fair market value for the goods or we will request the receipt from our customers. We ask that you inform us of incoming shipments to ensure the correct value is listed.

A) Currently, ShopWeShip.com only accepts payments through PayPal or AliPay. Registration for either service is easy, safe and free.

A) When ShopWeShip.com receives your order, an email invoice will be created. At this time, we will send you an email ‘request for payment’ through the payment provider of your choice. Once ShopWeShip.com receives notification that payment has been made by the Member, we will proceed with the ordering and/or shipping process.

A) No. We currently accept payment by PayPal and AliPay only. The “Do It All For Me” service may require wire transfer depending on the total cost of the order.

A) ShopWeShip.com's price includes a full door-to-door transportation cost, however, there may be additional duties and taxes charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of our customers to pay. ShopWeShip.com’s Asia affiliates may act as an agent and pays any duties. The customer will be sent an invoice and upon payment, ShopWeShip.com will release the merchandise. Typically, duties are not assessed unless the merchandise is ‘high-end’ or an individual product is valued over several hundred dollars. ShopWeShip.com cannot guarantee whether or not duties or taxes will be assessed.
